3. Within the warranty period, lavenderdental.com will be responsible for covering the fee of the new spare parts and their shipping cost into your destination(in China). If the faulty item needs to be sent back to our store for checking and repair, then we will cover the fee(In China) of shipping it back to our store.

4. If your purchased item is out of the warranty period, then you can report the issue to us into support@lavenderdental.com and our technical support team will issue you a report for the repair fee based on the kind of the fault.

5. Replacement: In case the product received comes with manufacturing defects, the buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, the buyers are required to provide photographic as well as video evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects which can be sent to our email: support@lavenderdental.com. If the case is deemed valid, then we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.

Returns & Refund Policy of Lavender Dental 

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described, you can contact us to resolve the problem. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us. After agreement, a prompt refund will be issued either to your original method of payment or a Lavender Dental store credit, at your choosing.

Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be filled out completely.
