PAYMENT OPTIONS

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic email from LAVENDERDENTAL with your order number and details. You can simply enter this order number at TREEDENTAL store smart tracking system to track the status of your order.

LAVENDERDENTAL Sales Department staff will email you an official invoice of your purchased items within 24 hours of placing your order.

Afterward, our Logistics Department shall start the process of collecting your order and forwarding it into our shipping experts. our Logistics Department shall email you the tracking number of your order as soon as your purchased items picked up by the shipper and issued an official tracking number.

If you have any problem while placing your order, then kindly contact us and our online service staff shall help you accordingly.

 

How can I buy items online on Lavender Dental?

Quick instructions for placing an order 

1. Login to your account or sign up for an account.

Before shop in our store please login to your account or sign up for an account. This is necessary to follow up on your order.

2. Chose the tiems you want to buy.

You can enter the product keywords in the search bar to search for the products you want.Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity. Click 'Buy Now' or "Add to Cart". The "*" means this is a required field, you must choose from options. If you can't make the next step, please check whether you have selected the required fields.

3. Check out your Order

You can click the “Add to cart” button or click the “Buy with Paypal” button in the page right corner shopping cart dropbox, then you will be turned to the checkout page. You can also View and Edit your shopping cart here!

4. Place you order

 (1) If you have registered account,please login first.

(2) If you don't have a registered account, it doesn't matter. You can also register here.Please enter the correct shipping info and the Shipping Methods, the"*" means this is a required field. If you can't make the next step, please check whether you have filled the required fields. Donot forget the emial adress, so you can creat the new account with the same email and folliw up your order. Once your finish the form, please click "Next"

Please view your order carefully and chose the Payment Method here.

1. If you pay with paypal , you will be redirected to the PayPal website,you can finish the payment as usually.
2. If you pay with Western Union/Moneygram, you will be redirected to the thank you page. And then you can go to your account page-view order-print order, print out the order information with Lavender Dental store Western Union / Moneygram information on it. Then, go to your local Western Union or Moneygram branch to complete payment for your order.
3. If you pay with Bank Wire Transfer, you will be redirected to the thank you page. And then you can go to your account page-view order-print order, print out the order information with TREEDEENTAL store Bank Wire Transfer information on it. Then, go to your local bank to complete your order payment.

How can I buy items offline?

If you don't want to buy online,you just need to tell us the product name(SKU), quantity,requirement,shipping method and payment method,we will offer the best price and make the PI for you.After you finish the payment,please send us the payment voucher.Once we confrim that you have completed the payment,we will begin processing your order and ship the order as soon as possible.
