Before shop in our store please login to your account or sign up for an account. This is necessary to follow up on your order.
2. Chose the tiems you want to buy.
You can enter the product keywords in the search bar to search for the products you want.Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity. Click 'Buy Now' or "Add to Cart". The "*" means this is a required field, you must choose from options. If you can't make the next step, please check whether you have selected the required fields.
3. Check out your Order
You can click the “Add to cart” button or click the “Buy with Paypal” button in the page right corner shopping cart dropbox, then you will be turned to the checkout page. You can also View and Edit your shopping cart here!
4. Place you order
(1) If you have registered account,please login first.
(2) If you don't have a registered account, it doesn't matter. You can also register here.Please enter the correct shipping info and the Shipping Methods, the"*" means this is a required field. How do I expected my delivery date?
Our estimated delivery time depends on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping method you choose, and how quickly we assemble and prepare your items for shipping. You can calculate the estimated delivery time based on the processing time of your order and adding the shipping time based on the shipping method you choose.
For example, if you order a dental handpiece, it will take 3 business days to process and 3-5 business days to ship if you choose DHL shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 6-8 business days.

How do I check the shipping cost?

For other non-free shipping products, the shipping cost depends on the number and weight of items in the order, as well as the shipping method selected. The price shown on the product detail page does not include shipping costs.

If there any extra cost involved in international shipping?
In some cases, your destination country imposes Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, duties and/or fees. These additional taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the consignee. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs because customs and tax policies vary greatly from country to country. For more details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; in this case, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimate.
For your convenience in customs clearance issues, we usually remove the word "Dental" from the commercial invoice and declare an amount lower than the actual product price. If your destination country does not allow this or has other special requirements, please notify us in advance or leave us an order comment on the checkout page.
Why was I aksed for a "CPF" numbers ? ( Brazilian Customers)
Brazil customs requires that all the international shipments must state the recipient’s “CPF” number (if the recipient is individual) or the “CNPJ” number (if the recipient is company) on invoice. Therefore, if you would like us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number in the order comment when you doing the checkout so your package can smoothly clear customs.
Why was I asked for a "EORI" numbers?(EU Customers)
FEDEX requires that all the international shipments which are shipped to EU country, if the recipient is company, must state the “EORI” number on invoice. Therefore, if you would like us to ship your order to EU country by FEDEX and the recipient is company, please make sure to provide us the correct “EORI” number in the order comment when you doing the checkout so your package can smoothly clear customs.

Returns & Refunds FAQ
What if an item was lost or damaged during shipping?
When you receive your package, open it in front of the delivery person and check if everything is ok during shipping before you sign it. If you find an item was lost or damaged during shipping, please reject it and contact us immediately. If you have bought the shipping insurance, please report it to the insurance company and take photos of the damaged parts.
If we don’t get any news from you about the package within 3 days after you sign to receive it we will default that you get the package in intact.
How do I return an Item?

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described, you can contact us to resolve the problem. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us. After agreement, a prompt refund will be issued either to your original method of payment or a Lavender Dental store credit, at your choosing.
All requests for returns must be made by simply Clicking Here or by contacting our Customer Care Center by email: lavenderdentals@gmail.com. Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be filled out completely. Your request will be attended to promptly and our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays ) please call Customer Support at +86 15015801090( M-F, 8 :30am - 5:30pm GMT+8 ).
- Scope of Guarantee
- All products on Lavender Dental have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described. Please note that all returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all the accessories and parts it was shipped with and in the original packaging. If not, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and you can only get a partial refund.

When you will receive my return item?
When returning an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information and a Customs form, instead of a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx.

If I've returned the item, how long will I receive my money back?
