Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.
Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1 for every year) and Chinese New Year Holidays, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-6 days.

Lavender Dental is a global company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

How much is shipping?
We offer free sea shipping on some specific model of dental operatory package, for other non-free shipping products, once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners ( Express: DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS, Air Shipping company or Sea Shipping company) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, the tracking number will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
