Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

3：Shipping and Repair Costs

A:Within the warranty period, Lavender Dental will cover the cost of new spare parts and their shipping to your location.

B:If the faulty item needs to be returned to our store for inspection and repair, we will cover the shipping cost for its return.

C:Once the item is received, we will handle the repair at no cost and ship the repaired item back to you free of charge, provided the issue is not man-made.

4:Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your item is no longer under warranty, you can report the issue by contacting support@lavenderdental.com. Our technical support team will assess the problem and provide a detailed report along with the repair costs.

5:Product Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

If the product you received has manufacturing defects, you are entitled to request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To process the replacement, you must provide photographic and video evidence of the defect. Send this evidence to support@lavenderdental.com. Once the claim is verified, we will cover all costs associated with delivering the replacement product.
